SH113F Automatic cloud Point Measuring Instrument

The SH113F fully automatic cloud point analyzer is in accordance with the Chinese standard "Petroleum Cloud Point Determination Method (GB/T6986-2014) It is required to design and manufacture a main control component composed of multiple microcontrollers, with automatic cooling, automatic constant temperature, automatic detection, and automatic printing and output of results. Adopting a dry trap shaped cold bath box, it has small hysteresis, fast cooling, and no need for other cooling media, making it easy to use and maintain. Adopting high-performance infrared detection technology, with high detection sensitivity and strong reliability.

Cloud point: refers to the high temperature at which hydrocarbon microcrystalline particles or water mist appear under test conditions, causing the oil to appear cloudy.

The product also complies with ASTM D2500.

● After upgrading, historical data can be stored for easy query; It can also be equipped with a USB flash drive output function.

● Standard micro printer for automatic measurement and printing

● If there are no personnel to operate after the test is completed, set the automatic shutdown time of the refrigeration machine within 0-50min to avoid frequent startup of the compressor, and extend the service life of the instrument,

● Data memory: The memory of microcomputer instruments can be expanded to 16GB.
