ST102 Ointment adhesive testing machine

The ST102 ointment adhesion testing machine is designed strictly in accordance with the requirements of the fourth method of adhesion determination in the new version of the "2025 Chinese Pharmacopoeia 0952 Adhesion Determination Method". It adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design principles, and uses advanced microcomputer processing technology for careful and reasonable design and manufacturing. Overview of Testing Process:

Take 3 pieces of the test sample, usually cut into a size of 50mm × 70mm, with the adhesive side facing upwards, and place them on the sample module. Align with the appropriate scale line, tear off a little of the cover lining on both sides, and use a pressure strip to press down on the exposed adhesive surfaces on both sides. Carefully remove the cover lining and place it naturally in the center on the fixture base plate, so that the test sample fits flat on the base plate. Press down the pressure plate horizontally, fix the bottom plate and pressure plate with bolts on both sides, evenly tighten the adhesive surface of the test sample on the rectangular strip, place it on the instrument, fix it, and select the appropriate measurement mode for measurement.

The instrument comes with different measurement modes for setting the forward and backward speed of the pressure spoke, which are used for rolling and testing, respectively. Unless in special circumstances, the forward speed of the pressure spoke is generally set at 600mm per minute, and the backward speed is set at 21mm per minute.
