ST217B Automatic drug relative density meter touch screen
The ST217B automatic drug relative density meter (touch screen) is designed and manufactured based on the oscillation type density meter method in the third method of the 2025 Chinese Pharmacopoeia 0601 relative density determination method. The oscillation type density meter is mainly composed of a U-shaped oscillation tube (usually made of glass material, used to place samples), an electromagnetic excitation system (causing the oscillation tube to oscillate), a frequency meter (used to determine the oscillation period), and a temperature control system
Testing principle:
Inject a small amount of sample into a temperature controlled sample tube, record the vibration frequency or period, and calculate the density of the sample using the pre obtained sample tube constant. The constant of the sample tube is determined by the vibration frequency when the sample tube is filled with a calibration solution of known density. The instrument will directly display the density value after injecting the sample into the sample tube
Performance characteristics
● Built in sample pump, automatic sampling, cleaning, and drying measuring tank
● High definition video camera technology, convenient for direct observation of the measurement pool
● The operating program can be manual or automatic, with manual operation lasting 1-4 minutes and automatic program lasting 2-10 minutes (depending on the actual temperature of the sample)
● Automatic sampling: Using a microcontroller to control a stepper motor to drive a peristaltic pump for sample suction, the automation level of the product is improved
● Acid and alkali resistant pipelines: The pipelines that come into direct contact with liquids are all imported acid and alkali resistant pipelines to ensure that the instrument can measure acid and alkali solutions.
● 100 sets of test values are automatically saved, and the average, maximum, and minimum values can be automatically calculated
● Calibration function: When the instrument is not used for a long time, drift will occur. This instrument can be calibrated using 20 ℃ pure water as a standard, which is a function that glass density meters cannot achieve.
