The ST-19A digital Brookfield viscometer is a specialized instrument designed for measuring the Brookfield viscosity of gelatin, adhering to the QB2354 standard for "Pharmaceutical Gelatin" and complying with QB/T1995, GB6783, GB13731, and QB/1996. The determination of Brookfield viscosity of gelatin serves as a crucial indicator reflecting the production process level and quality control of gelatin. It is suitable for viscosity performance testing of all types of gelatin, including edible gelatin, pharmaceutical gelatin, industrial gelatin, and bone glue, as well as viscosity testing of gelatin-like liquids such as agar and protein powder.
