SD0232 liquefied petroleum gas copper corrosion tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the national petrochemical industry standard SH/T0232 "Liquefied Petroleum Gas Copper Corrosion Test Method" and meet ASTM D1838 .

Instrument Features

● The constant temperature water bath meets the standard requirements.

● The actual temperature and set temperature of the water bath are both displayed digitally. Equipped with a suitable bracket to keep the cylinder vertical. The water bath must have sufficient depth to fully submerge the cylinder and valve during retesting.

● The constant temperature heating adopts a PID automatic adjustment device, which can effectively ensure the temperature control accuracy reaches 40 ℃± 0.5 ℃.

● Copper sheet: 75mm in length, 12.5mm in width, and 1.5-3.0mm in thickness, made of electrolytic copper with a surface smooth, quenched, and cold-rolled purity of 99.9% or higher. Drill a hole with a diameter of 3.0mm at a distance of 3.0mm from the center of the end of the copper sheet.
