SH120 Automatic four ball machine
SH120 Fully Automatic Four-Ball Machine Lubricant Wear Resistance Tester evaluates the load-carrying capacity of lubricants primarily through sliding friction under extremely high point contact pressure conditions. It includes three key indicators: maximum load without seizure (Pb), scuffing load (Pd), and comprehensive wear value (ZMZ). In practical applications, different evaluation indicators can be selected based on the various uses of lubricants. This four-ball friction tester can also conduct long-term wear resistance tests for lubricants, measure friction coefficients, and record friction force and temperature curves.
With the use of special attachments, it is also possible to conduct simulation tests for end-face wear and material performance. The machine's design principle incorporates the loading stability of the lever-type four-ball machine while integrating the characteristics of servo valve loading. Through a servo motor, air spring, and closed-loop control software, it achieves automatic zeroing, loading, holding, testing, unloading, measurement of wear scar diameter, and photography with a single button operation. Data storage is also one-click, enabling fast testing speeds, minimal error, excellent repeatability, pollution-free operation, noise-free performance, and high efficiency.
