SH0209 hydraulic oil thermal stability tester, this instrument according to SH/T0209 "hydraulic fluid thermal stability determination method" manufacturing, this instrument is suitable for the determination of mineral oil type and forming hydraulic fluid.

Performance characteristics:

● This instrument employs a digital PID program heating temperature controller. The temperature controller utilizes a specialized overshoot-free PID algorithm and PID auto-tuning technology, ensuring no overshoot or undershoot, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C.

● The instrument features a monolithic frame structure with a spacious interior. The housing is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate and treated with a spray coating process, offering a novel, aesthetically pleasing, and elegant design.

● The inner liner is made of stainless steel plate treated with anti-corrosion and processed into shape.

● The box door is fitted with high-temperature-resistant sealing strips for excellent airtightness, preventing heat loss.

● An exhaust vent is installed at the rear of the chamber, allowing the moisture released by the heater to be discharged at any time during operation. The internal temperature is maintained through forced air circulation via a fan, ensuring uniform temperature control within ±2.5%.
