SH302B automatic oil particle counter is used to detect the size and number of the solid particles in the liquid, can be widely used in aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields, the hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, rock oil, transformer oil, insulating oil, turbine oil, turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic fluid solid particle pollution tests such as oil, and organic liquid, polymer solution for detection of insoluble particles.

Automatic oil pollution particle counter uses "photoresist method" to measure particles, and adopts the classic methods of oil industry NAS1638 and ISO4406, and can be according to the requirements of users, built-in a variety of standards required by users.A precision syringe-based sampling system ensures constant sampling speed and precise control of sample volume. The positive/negative pressure sampling chamber facilitates sample degassing and analysis of high-viscosity samples. Equipped with a large-color LCD touchscreen, it features graphical menu display, touch-sensitive operation, and user-friendly functionality.
