The automatic low-temperature torque tester for grease is suitable for measuring the torque of ball bearing grease at temperatures below -20°C, complying with the SH/T 0338-92 standard. This instrument employs a dual-compression refrigeration system, ensuring rapid and effective cooling. With its simple structure and aesthetically pleasing design, it is highly suitable for laboratory use. It can automatically measure the starting torque and operating torque of grease, record the results, and print them.
Performance and Features
● The cooling system employs a dual compression mechanism, eliminating the need for circulating cooling water. It dissipates heat through a condenser and activates refrigeration simply by plugging in the power supply.
● The entire operation of the instrument is automatically controlled and monitored with a PLC and a 7-inch high-definition full-color touchscreen for parameter display and recording, equipped with an embedded printer for automatic result printing.
● The instrument employs a Fuji temperature control module from Japan for temperature regulation, featuring a Pt100 sensor with high sensitivity, resolution, strong anti-interference capability, high temperature control accuracy, and long service life.
● The low-temperature chamber of this instrument has excellent sealing performance, ensuring stable internal temperature and maintaining the required test temperature.
● Measurement is performed using a high-precision tensile force sensor with an ultra-wide range. The tensile force value features power-on zeroing, startup zeroing, and manual zeroing to ensure result accuracy. The test results are directly displayed in mn.m, automatically converted, saved, and printed. Additionally, standard weights are provided for periodic calibration of the sensor. The sensor exhibits excellent repeatability, durability, and resistance to damage. Like imported instruments, it is built into the machine to guarantee result accuracy.
